painting!

Finally a sneak peak on our progress on the house for those of you that have not seen it! These are the only pictures I have for right now. We are farther along then the primer now and I will get more pictures up soon. We also have almost all the flooring in down stairs, just sawyer's room is left. It is getting so exciting to see it all coming together! Thanks so much to those of you that have helped!

Sawyer is smiling all the time now, he is such a happy little guy! He is also starting to babble a lot! It is so cute and I could just watch and listen to him for hours and hours! He is also a big time Nana's boy :) It will be longer in between blog posts since I now have to come to the library to get on Internet due to my parents getting rid of their Internet service.

Painting!

It has been FOREVER since I have updated on how the work on our house is going! I just have not been able to go over there much with taking care of Sawyer and when I get a chance it is usually at night real quick to see how it is coming along. This past week we have been able to start painting in the kitchen and dining room. It is so exciting to finally be to this point! I love picking out the colors. Jamie leaves this job all up to me since it is not really his thing :) All the drywall is up and almost all done with mudding and taping. The kitchen and dining room were the first done with mudding and taping so we could paint and then get the floor and cabinets in. I will try and get some pictures to put up this week, but in the mean time here is a peak of the colors for the kitchen and dining room.
