Noodles!

I have been wanting to post about making pasta
for awhile, but never got the chance last year:)
When I go over to 'the farm' (my parents house) I
make bread, but sometimes I get to help make PASTA!
It is a lot of fun!


The ingredients to make pasta is
simple; flour, eggs, and a little water.
You then mix it together slowly.

This picture was supposed to be before

the one above, but oh well:) doesn't it look like an

egg volcano?!

It gets kind of messy, but that's the fun of cooking!

Here is the completed dough!

We then put the dough little by little into the pasta

machine....

crank the handle and you have pasta!

Cranking the handle is a sure way to build muscles:)

It is hard work!

The reward though is worth it!
